Admission Process
Membership is granted through a formal application process. All applications are reviewed internally to ensure alignment with Femington's academic standards. Upon approval and completion of the membership fee, the applicant's membership is activated.

How Progression is considered?
The 12-Month Residency
Members become eligible for promotion after completing a minimum of one year of active, documented participation within the Femington community.
