Senior Membership at Femington Academic Publishing recognizes members who have demonstrated meaningful academic, research, publishing, or professional contributions within their field.
Senior Membership is awarded through an application-based evaluation process. Each application is reviewed against the established Senior Membership criteria by qualified members of Femington's academic and editorial community.
What Is Senior Membership?
Senior Membership represents an advanced level of recognition within the Femington Academic Publishing membership community.
It is intended for members who have demonstrated sustained contributions to research, academia, scholarly publishing, or their professional field.
Senior Membership is not automatically granted based on membership duration or payment of a membership fee. Applicants are evaluated against the applicable Senior Membership criteria before a decision is made.

How Senior Membership Is Evaluated
Senior Membership applications are evaluated through an application-specific review process rather than by a single permanent panel.
Femington maintains a pool of qualified evaluators drawn from its academic and editorial community. Depending on the application, evaluators may include:

For each application, a suitable group of evaluators is selected from this pool to assess the applicant against the applicable Senior Membership criteria.
The Evaluation Process
01 — Application
The applicant submits a Senior Membership application along with the required academic and professional information.
02 — Reviewer Selection
Evaluators are selected from Femington's qualified reviewer pool for the individual application.
03 — Independent Evaluation
Selected evaluators assess the applicant's qualifications, contributions, and supporting information against the established Senior Membership criteria.
04 — Membership Decision
The completed evaluations are considered in accordance with Femington's membership process before a final decision is made.
Who Participates in the Review?
The evaluator pool includes Femington Senior Members, Editors-in-Chief, Associate Editors, and other qualified academic and research professionals from Femington with relevant academic, research, publishing, or subject-area experience.
Because evaluators are selected separately for individual applications, the composition of the evaluation group may vary from one application to another. Evaluators are selected on an application-specific basis rather than from a single permanent panel. This approach helps maintain an independent assessment process and protects evaluators from direct solicitation or attempts to influence individual membership decisions.

Femington's publishing ecosystem is supported by established systems and practices for the publication, identification, discovery, and preservation of scholarly research.

Femington's journals have ISSNs issued through the U.S. ISSN system and are indexed in Google Scholar.
As a Crossref member, Femington provides published articles with persistent DOI identifiers, supporting standardized metadata registration, citation linking, and scholarly discovery.
